Inside Celery Stalk: chalkboard menus, warm lighting, deli counter

Celery Stalk started the way most good lunch spots do — somebody's grandma had a soup recipe she wouldn't write down, and somebody else was tired of bad sandwiches.

That was a long time ago. Today we're still on the same corner of Elm Street, still chopping celery by hand at 7 AM, still arguing about whether the chicken salad needs more dill. (It does. Or it doesn't. Depends who's asking.)

We're proud of being a not-a-chain. No app, no points, no QR code on the table. Just a counter, a chalkboard, and the kind of lunch you'll think about on the drive home.

See you at the counter. We probably already know what you want.
